David Arvizu has played soccer his entire life and quickly rose through the club ranks with the Pateadores soccer club until the age of 16. As a stand out club player, David played for the U17 US National Team and represented the US in the 2005 U17 World Cup in Peru. He continued to play for the US National Team through 2008 in various tournaments and camps. In 2006, at the age of 17, David was selected in the MLS draft and played for the New York Red Bulls and was also selected to be part of the Generation Adidas team. He continued to play for Chivas USA, Leon FC (Mexico), and LA Blues/OCSC here in Orange County. David’s coaching experience spans over 6 years in various clubs and most recently was the Assistant Men’s Coach at Santiago Canyon College and current Program Head Coach at Foothill High School.
